About ALTATELA

Apparel decisions need an accountable point of coordination.

ALTATELA helps fashion teams evaluate feasibility, translate product intent and organise the specialist resources required to move a defined garment toward an approvable sample and controlled pilot production.

Our role

A project partner, not a factory directory.

Factory discovery is rarely the hardest part of apparel development. The harder work is deciding whether the product, information, material commitments, assortment and timeline can fit together commercially—and assigning responsibility when a garment crosses different specialist capabilities.

01

Feasibility before activity

We qualify the brief before sampling begins, so unresolved commercial or technical assumptions are visible early.

02

Technical translation

We turn design intent, reference samples and Tech Packs into clear questions, review points and approval decisions.

03

Resource architecture

We assess whether one resource can responsibly own the garment or whether specialist capabilities must be coordinated around a single project plan.

Peter Xie

Peter began working with international apparel programs in 2006. His foundation was built inside large manufacturing-and-trading operations serving European and North American brands, where product development, commercial requirements and factory execution had to be aligned across teams.

ALTATELA applies that experience to defined development and pilot-production projects that do not fit comfortably inside a standard high-volume factory workflow.

The role is not to promise that every concept can be produced. It is to identify what must be true, organise the right responsibilities and help qualified projects reach a more credible production decision.

Working principles

Clarity before commitment.

01

Defined projects

We work best when the product, intended market, quantity range and commercial objective can be reviewed.

02

Visible constraints

Material minimums, specialist processes, timing and development effort are treated as project inputs—not hidden until quoting.

03

Controlled progression

Sampling, approval and pilot production move through explicit decision gates rather than optimistic promises.

Bring us the product, the constraints and the unanswered decisions.
