Project Feasibility Review

Decide what must be true before development begins.

A structured review determines whether the product, information, quantity, timing and commercial expectations can support a credible apparel development route.

The first engagement

Feasibility is a decision—not a sales promise.

A useful review can conclude proceed, revise, redirect or decline.

Apparel projects frequently reach suppliers with a product image and target quantity but without the information needed to judge material commitments, construction risk, sample effort or production fit. Immediate quotations in that situation can create false confidence.

ALTATELA begins by examining the brief and the assumptions around it. We distinguish missing information that can be resolved during development from constraints that make the current project commercially or technically unsuitable.

This protects the brand from unnecessary sampling and gives participating resources a clearer scope. It also establishes whether ALTATELA is the appropriate partner before either side commits to a longer development process.

Review framework

Five dimensions of project fit.

01

Product

Category, construction, fit, performance, artwork, finishing and reference standard.

02

Inputs

Tech Pack quality, bill of materials, sample availability and specification ownership.

03

Commercial

Quantity scenario, target market, target cost logic and willingness to fund development.

04

Schedule

Launch date, material lead time, sample revisions, approvals, production and delivery.

05

Responsibility

Decision makers, communication route, intellectual property and approval records.

Possible outcomes

Clarity before activity.

The review is not designed to force every inquiry into production. Its purpose is to create an evidence-based next step that both the brand and ALTATELA can support.

  • Proceed to a defined development scope
  • Request missing information before acceptance
  • Revise material, construction, assortment or timing
  • Redirect the project to a more suitable route
  • Decline where the fit is not credible
Decision boundary

A submission does not guarantee acceptance.
